Christopher Williams - Art & Animation

I was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where I graduated from J.P.McCaskey High School. I've been attending UAT's online program for Game Art and Animation since the fall of 2011.

I worked for the County of Lancaster government department called Lancaster Employment and Training Agency. The Lancaster Employment and Training Agency ran The Pennsylvania Bureau of Employment and Training Programs' Employment Advancement Retention Network in Lancaster county. While working there I taught participants job skills related to digital printing. I had to design all the course material from desktop publishing through printing, manufacturing and shipping materials. After the participants were trained I became their supervisor until they found employment. This department within the EARN program because known as the Corporate Center and we were the first of it's kind in the state. We printed products for the entire state from fliers about services at Pennsylvania CareerLinks to paperwork for people to fill out for enrolling in an assortment employment assistance programs. It was such a success that I received a Governor's Award of Excellence for my work. Before that I was a tattoo artist for 8 years and also did some desktop publishing and web design.

My personal hobbies have always been playing video games and using the computer to product artwork. Some people would say that I have an addiction to video games. My wife and I played World of Warcraft for 8 years almost every weekend and I still managed to get time in on games like Bioshock, RAGE, and Mass Effect. I've been a huge fan of games from Blizzard, Bethesda, Id Software, THQ and Irrational Games.
